BOXXKIDS TERMS

1. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

1.1.1 BoxxKids Activities are intended for children aged 5–16 years.
1.2 All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent").
1.3 By registering a child, the Parent agrees to be bound by these Terms and is responsible for ensuring the child’s compliance.

2. Registration & Booking

2.1 All bookings must be made via https://boxxkids.classforkids.io.
2.2 Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Places are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions at our discretion.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Class fees must be paid in advance for term bookings, single sessions, or camps.
3.2 Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions unless cancelled by us.

4. Behaviour & Safety

4.1 We expect all children to behave respectfully and follow instructions from Boxx staff and coaches.
4.2 We reserve the right to remove a child from Activities for persistent disruptive or unsafe behaviour. No refund will be given in such cases.
4.3 Parents must collect their children promptly at the end of each session.

5. Health, Medical Information & Emergencies

5.1 Parents must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.
5.2 BoxxKids staff may administer first aid and seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
5.3 Parents are responsible for ensuring that children are fit to participate in physical activities.

6. Data Protection & Communication

6.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 ClassForKids also operates under its own Privacy Policy, which governs data submitted via their platform.
6.3 Parents consent to receiving essential communications regarding bookings, class updates, and child safety.

7. Photography & Media Consent

7.1 From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional use.

7.2 You will be asked for consent during registration. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please ensure you opt out.

8. Liability

8.1 Boxx takes all reasonable care to ensure children’s safety during Activities. However, we are not liable for accidental injury or loss of personal property unless caused by our negligence.
8.2 We are not responsible for children’s belongings. Please label items clearly.
